At the time of booking a deposit of 50% will be requested by bank transfer, the balance will be paid 3 days before your arrival


100% refund if cancellation occurs at least one month before arrival date

50% refund in case of cancellation up to the day of arrival

No refunds will be made in the event of early departure

Usages and Customs
Our animal friends are of course accepted at the villa but a supplement of €5 per day will be requested.

Breakfasts are generally served around the swimming pool or in our room from 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. however we remain very flexible with our times.

Check in is from 3 p.m.

Check out is maximum at 11 a.m. however you can stay and relax around the swimming pool on simple request

For stays, cleaning is not done daily, if you need clean towels every day or something else, do not hesitate to let us know.
